My stay at Kastens Hotel Luisenhof was overall wonderful, thanks to the very nice service and the comfortable room I eventually settled into. Although my first room was close to the lift, the friendly staff quickly offered alternatives, leading me to a perfect room with a balcony and a view of the opera house. While the gym could use better air conditioning and the TV options were a bit limited, these were minor issues compared to the really good experience overall.
